Step Three of the Path

Watch a stranger try to hire you.

A recorded walkthrough of your website from the perspective of somebody shopping for the service you sell. Not a checklist and not a slide deck. You watch someone try to figure out what you charge, decide whether you are worth calling, and book the job, with every place your site makes that harder called out as it happens.

  • $3,000
  • 20 to 30 minutes, recorded and narrated
  • Scoped to one product or service
  • 8 a month, shared across every industry

What's In It

Seeing it beats reading about it.

A scorecard tells your team what is wrong. A recording shows them, which is a different conversation. Nobody has to take our word for it, and nobody gets to argue that the site is fine because it looks fine to them.

What you get

A recorded, narrated walkthrough of the service you name, screen and voice, moving through the exact points where a first-time customer would hesitate, get confused, or give up and call somebody else.

How it's built

We move through your site the way a stranger would, on a phone, at the pace and with the confusion a real customer has. No login and no access to anything of yours. Only what is already public.

What it proves

A recording you, your team, and whoever built the site can watch together, so the fix conversation starts from one shared reality instead of competing opinions about what customers probably do.

What It Looks Like

Watch the walkthrough happen.

Scroll, and the finding appears at the moment it would be called out. The site in the frame is an illustration built for this page, not a real business.

Minute 2

The headline says nothing a competitor could not say

Quality, trust, family owned, certified, committed to excellence. Every shop in town says this. Nothing here tells me what you fix, who you fix it for, or why I would pick you over the shop four minutes closer to my house.

"Okay, but what do they actually do?"
Minute 6

Five services, five times "call for pricing"

This is the moment most people leave. I am comparing you against two other shops and you are the only one making me phone a stranger to find out whether I can afford it. The competitor with a starting price gets the call instead.

"I'll check the other two first."
Minute 13

Eight fields before anyone tells me a price

The form asks for my name, phone, email, vehicle year, make, model, mileage, and a description of the problem. That is a lot of work to request a callback I have no guarantee of receiving. On a phone, at night, with two other tabs open, I do not finish this.

"Forget it, I'll just call in the morning." (They do not call.)
Minute 21

Nothing here proves this shop is real

No reviews, no photos of the bay, no technicians named, no certifications shown, no work pictured. Thirty-five years of reputation exists entirely offline. A stranger deciding whether to hand you their transmission has been given nothing to decide with.

"How do I know these people are any good?"

Four findings, twenty-one minutes, one service line. Yours is recorded and narrated so you can hand it to whoever needs to see it.

How It Works

One service, walked start to finish.

One · You name the service

The one that pays the bills, or the one you are trying to grow. Scoping it to a single product or service is what keeps the findings specific enough to act on instead of a general list of complaints.

Two · We shop you like a customer

Recorded and narrated, moment by moment. Can I find the price. Do I believe these people. How do I book. Every point where the answer is harder than it should be gets called out as it happens.

Three · You get the recording

Delivered in 5 business days. Nothing to schedule and nothing to sit through live. Replay it for a partner, a manager, or the person who built the site, as many times as you need.

Why $3,000

The alternative is a research study.

Commissioning one runs five figures and takes weeks. This is twenty years of doing exactly this work inside T-Mobile, Microsoft, Expedia, The Home Depot, and a regional bank, narrowed to one of your services, and you have it in days.

What You Are Buying

Attention, not automation

No tool produces this. A scanner can tell you a page loads slowly or a button fails contrast. It cannot tell you that a customer got to the third screen, could not find a price, and left. That takes a person going through it and saying so out loud.

Next Step, When You're Ready

Once you have seen it break, see it fixed.

The build turns what the walkthrough found into a front door that shows a buyer what to buy, tells you which ones are worth your time, and keeps being measured after launch.

Questions

Before you buy.

Can I choose what gets walked through?

Yes. You name the product or service before we start. If you are not sure which one matters most, tell us where the money is and we will confirm the choice with you before recording anything.

How long is the recording?

Twenty to thirty minutes. Long enough to cover the whole path a real customer takes, from landing on your site to the point where they either book or give up, with every hesitation called out as it happens.

Do I need the Revenue Leak Report first?

No. The walkthrough stands on its own. Pairing it with the $1,500 Revenue Leak Report just means you hold both halves of the argument at once: what the leak costs, and the recording of it happening.

Why is it capped at 8 a month?

Because one person does it, and doing it properly takes real attention. The cap is 8 per month across Banking, Beauty, Healthcare, and Main Street combined, not 8 of each. The calendar fills first come, first served regardless of industry.

What if my site turns out to be fine?

Then the recording says so and we tell you where to spend the money instead. We are not going to manufacture problems to sell you a build. A walkthrough that ends with two small fixes and an honest recommendation to leave the rest alone is a legitimate result, and you will get it if that is what we find.

Why not just commission a research study?

You can, and for a big enough decision you probably should. It runs five figures and takes weeks. This is twenty years of doing exactly this work inside T-Mobile, Microsoft, Expedia, The Home Depot, and a regional bank, narrowed to one of your services, and you have it in days.

Not a Local Service Business?

This audit runs under a different name in three industries

Same instrument, tuned to what actually costs each industry a customer, and sold through the brand built for it. Banks and credit unions go through Where Borrowers Leave. Luxury beauty, wellness, and coaching brands go through Smart Chic Beauty. Self-pay and elective healthcare practices go through Patient Growth OS. The 8 a month cap is shared across all of them, so a slot taken anywhere is a slot taken everywhere.

See It Instead of Guessing

Watch the leak happen on your own site.

$3,000, delivered in 5 business days, scoped to one product or service. Eight a month across every industry we serve. If you want to prove the leak exists before you buy the recording, start with the $149 Friction Index Report.
