The Digital Front Door OS
A website agency sells you pages. A front door does three things a brochure site never will. It shows a buyer what to buy. It tells you which ones are worth your time before your team picks up the phone. It keeps being monitored and measured after launch. Built as a full site, a focused microsite, or both, depending on where your business is actually leaking.
Is your website an asset or a liability?
You already know which tools in your shop earn and which ones cost you. Almost nobody asks it about the website. Here is how to tell which one you have.
It earns
It books jobs at eleven at night. It answers the questions that eat your phone time. It qualifies people before they ever reach your front counter, so the ones who call are worth talking to. It gets more valuable every month it runs.
It just sits there
You pay for it every month and nothing measurable comes back. No job you can trace to it. No hour it saved anyone. It is not hurting you, but it is not doing the work you paid for either.
It costs you monthly
Jobs go to the shop down the road because their site made the decision easier. Your team burns hours answering what the site should have answered. And it gives a first impression that makes you look smaller than you are. A liability does not sit still. It accrues.

A full site, or a focused microsite based on what your business needs.
Most businesses need one or the other. Some need both, and when they do, the full site gets built first and the microsite follows it. What we don't do is build both at the same time.
The Full Website
A conversion-focused rebuild of your entire site: booking, quote tools, membership programs, everything a visitor needs to become a customer. Right for a business whose whole online presence needs to work harder, not just one page of it.
See a Full Website LiveThe Microsite
A single, cinematic, mobile-first page built around one moment: a listing consultation, one flagship product line, one membership tier. Not a static brochure page. One continuous scroll-driven experience engineered to convert that one decision.

The model works for any trust-dependent Main Street business. Here is where it is proven out right now.
Main Street Service Biz
We build a working, conversion-focused site first, before any contract exists, and show the owner. One build a week, live in 30 days, monthly care built in.

The first trade this model was proven on: booking, a quote tool, and a membership program built around what actually keeps a shop's customers coming back.
See the buildReal Estate Broker Microsites
A cinematic, mobile-first scroll film built around one moment: a homeowner deciding who lists their home. A fit quiz qualifies the lead before the first call.
See the micrositesOne build. One relationship. Priced to the work.
Starting at $10,000
A conversion-focused site, designed and built around what actually drives bookings, memberships, or repeat business for your shop, business, practice, or institution. We accept one build a week, so the price and the timeline are both real constraints, not marketing.
Custom Quote
A focused, conversion-built microsite for a single product, service, or membership, not the whole site: a maintenance club, one flagship repair service, a single listing consultation. Pricing depends entirely on the offer and your industry, not a flat rate.
Ask About a MicrositeFrom $500/Month
A build nobody maintains goes back to being a liability inside a year, so this is not optional. Three levels, from keeping the system running to running the growth function for you. Priced to the industry, not off a flat rate card.
See the three levelsThe Care Program
Every build carries one. The only question is how much of the growth work you want to keep in house. Each level includes everything in the one before it.
Care Basic
Maintenance only. It keeps the system running, current, and secure. Nobody is growing anything at this level, and that is the honest description.
Includes
- Hosting, security, and platform updates
- Uptime and form monitoring
- The ongoing content changes a live site needs
Care Plus
Maintenance plus the work that keeps a front door competitive instead of just alive. This is where the system gets measured and improved rather than only kept running.
Everything in Basic, plus
- SEO monitoring
- Reputation management
- Content iteration
- Quarterly performance review
Care Fractional
A Fractional Growth Officer. For businesses that need the growth function run for them and are not ready to hire a marketing team to do it.
Everything in Plus, plus
- Marketing automation
- A/B testing
- Marketing campaigns
- Paid ads
- Social media
Paid advertising spend, media production, and major custom development sit outside the Care Program and are quoted separately.
AI Chat
Sits on your front door and answers the questions your phone answers all day. It is an add-on, not part of the build and not part of the Care Program. Add it at launch or a year later.
Answers, then hands off
- Answers the routine questions off your own content, so it says what you would say
- Takes the name, the number, and what they need, then passes it to your team
- Tells someone plainly when a question needs a human, instead of guessing
$2,500 to set up
The setup covers training it on your services, your pricing, and the questions you actually get, then testing it against the answers you would give.
The monthly covers
- Running it
- Reading what it told people and correcting it
- Keeping it current as your services and prices change
A chat assistant does not fix a front door that has nothing worth booking on it. If the build is not doing its job yet, this is the wrong thing to buy first.
Where the $10,000 goes.

This is our founding-client rate. We accept one build a week, so the price reflects that stage and will not stay this low.
How a 3-tier membership pays for the build.
The $10,000 build is a one-time cost. A membership program is recurring revenue. Pick your industry, tell us your customer count and expected tier mix, and see what it could look like.
The takeaway
At your tier mix, the blended membership runs $44/mo. At just 5% enrollment, the program covers the entire $10,000 build within months, then keeps paying out as recurring revenue every year after.
This is a projection based on the inputs above, not a guarantee. Actual enrollment and revenue depend on your list, your offer, and how the program is marketed.
Take the 60-second quiz. We'll tell you which build fits.
Four quick questions about where your business actually stands today. No guessing, just a straight answer: full website, microsite, or both.
Before you reach out.
Is $10,000 really the starting price, or does it change per industry?
It's a real starting price for a fixed-scope build. Bigger scope, like complex booking logic, a membership program, or deeper e-commerce, moves the number up from there. You'll know the real number before you sign anything.
Do I have to add a membership program?
No. A membership is one of the most common add-ons because it turns a one-time build into recurring revenue, but it's optional. The Care Program, ongoing maintenance after launch, is required. A membership program is not.
What if I only need one page, not a whole site?
That's a microsite, not a full build. It's priced separately by offer and industry. Take the quiz above if you're not sure which one fits.
How long does a build take?
Most full website builds launch within 30 days of your deposit clearing. Microsites are usually faster since the scope is smaller.
Why do you only accept one build a week?
Because quality drops the moment we stop giving a build our full attention. One build a week keeps the timeline and the price both real, not marketing.
What happens after the site launches?
Every build carries a required Care Program: ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and the changes a live site actually needs. Three levels, starting at $500 to $1,000/month depending on your industry, up to a Fractional Growth Officer from $5,000/month.
